PCTV Staff

John GwinnThe PCTV Program Director is John Gwinn.

Gwinn recieved a B.S in Film/Video in 1988 from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York. After moving to Minneapolis in 1991, his first job was working as a Private Investigator. In 1992, he co-founded the Phillips Community Television program. He has also worked with Minnesota Transitions Charter School, Intermedia Arts, Walker Arts Center, and the Minneapolis Telecommunications Network.


Michael Hay

Michael D. Hay is an artist living in Minneapolis. Michael was born and raised in the Detroit Michigan Area. He recieved a BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 1991. He recieved an MFA in film and video production from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1998. During his years in Chicago, he worked with several youth development groups including The Boys and Girls Clubs of Chicago and archi-treasures.


Amanda Luker

Amanda Luker is a media producer, editor and webmaster. In 2003, she recieved a Masters in Media Studies from The New School and is now pursuing various media projects in the Twin Cities. Contact her via her website, pinkslipmedia.org.
