Meet the youth production team Ice Pick Studios. Abdi, Luke, Ayan, Roba, and Trey. Together they will produce two films this summer about the issue of "gun control" and how the issue plays out nationally and here locally in MPLS. They will pay special attention to the MN "conceal and carry" law and the controversy surrounding it. They will also look at how legally bought guns get into the hands of criminals. The final screening of their films will be on August 15th at the downtown MPLS Central Public Library. Look for a team press release and more info to come.

The PCTV produced film "La Llorona" was awarded the "Special Mention" Award in the narrative category at the 2008 .edu Film Festival. "La Llorona" was made by the following PCTV youth producers: Ashley Clinton, Daniel Coronado, Darius Clinton, Oscar Velazquez, Estephanie Luis, & Gustavo Luis. Congratulations to all the filmmakers!
