Film Festivals in 2006:
"Speak Out" by Brandy Hyatt was shown as part of the Girls in the Director's Chair Film Festival at the Walker Art Center in March 2006.
"Sweet Nights" by Bridget Collins was show at the Future Filmmakers Festivals as part of the Chicago International Film Festival in June 2006. Bridget traveled to Chicago to be present at the screening.
"Sweet Nights" was also shown as part of the Los Angeles Film Festival in July 2006.
"Dreams" by Nakia Hyatt was selected and shown at the San Diego Women Film Festival in October 2006.

This image of the earth was taken from the moon by the Apollo 11 astronauts in 1969. It is the first time that the earth was photographed from another "landscape".
Imagine what it would have been like to see this photo for the first time back in 1969 and what it meant to "humankind" to see the earth in this way.
